Karunashraya, a joint initiative of the Indian Cancer Society (Karnataka Chapter) and Rotary Bangalore Indiranagar, provides free palliative care to advanced-stage cancer patients through a 73-bed inpatient hospice and home-care centres in Bengaluru, addressing patients' physical, emotional, social and spiritual needs regardless of their ability to pay.
