Sadhana Village is a residential community in the Kolwan valley outside Pune, set up in 1994 to care for adults with intellectual disabilities who have no family able to support them long-term. Residents live in small family-style units, take part in vocational and craft work, and are supported by staff who share daily life with them, while the trust also runs self-help groups for women and education support for children in the surrounding villages.
