HNA Confederation is a charitable non-profit registered under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013, and holds 80G and CSR-1 registration. Founded in 2021 and based in Nizamuddin West, New Delhi, it works to strengthen the network of partner organisations serving poor and marginalised communities in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Karnataka and Assam. Its own social projects include free food distribution to the needy, medical support projects, and education support for underprivileged children, all structured to qualify for CSR funding under Schedule VII of the Companies Act.
