Shramik Bharti is a grassroots development organisation founded in 1986 and based in Kanpur, working with urban and rural communities across several districts of Uttar Pradesh and parts of Punjab. It runs women's self-help groups, natural farming and sustainable agriculture programmes, water and sanitation initiatives, and a community radio station, with a focus on reducing poverty and expanding opportunity for marginalised communities.
